How to freeze dove breasts

1. Rinse and pat dry the dove breasts with paper towels.

2. Place them on a baking sheet in a single layer.

3. Flash freeze by putting the baking sheet in the freezer for 1-2 hours.

4. Once partially frozen, transfer them to airtight freezer bags.

5. Squeeze out excess air from the bags and seal tightly.

6. Label the bags with the date for easy tracking.
