How to make pico de gallo

1. Dice 4 ripe tomatoes and place them in a bowl.

2. Finely chop 1 small onion and add it to the tomatoes.

3. Dice 1-2 jalapeño peppers and mix them in for heat (adjust to taste).

4. Squeeze the juice of 1-2 limes over the mixture.

5. Add 1/4 cup of chopped fresh cilantro leaves.

6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

7. Mix everything together and let it chill in the fridge before serving as a fresh salsa.
