1. OctoberFeast at Peddler’s Village

Dates: October 14 – 15

Location: New Hope

Imagine a whole weekend filled with fun! There will be live entertainment, a place where you can enjoy different types of beer, food trucks offering yummy treats, and activities for kids to enjoy. Don’t forget to check out the 44th Annual Scarecrows in the Village, where you can see really big scarecrows! On Saturdays, the shops in Peddler’s Village will stay open later, until 8 o’clock.

2. Radnor Fall Festival

Date: September 17

Location: Radnor

This is a yearly celebration put together by the Wayne Business Association. It’s like a big amusement park on the streets! You’ll find cool performances by local bands and dance groups, face painting, rides like the ones at a carnival, and lots of tasty food from local vendors.

3. South Philly Sausage Fest

Date: September 23

Location: Philadelphia

Sausage Fest is like a party with great music, delicious sausages, and craft beer. There will be 10 different restaurants offering sausages, 10 craft breweries with tasty beers, 8 live music shows, places to buy handmade crafts, and a special area for kids to play. This festival happens on West Passyunk Avenue, between Broad and 15th Street.

4. Heirloom Apple Tasting & Baking Contest

Date: October 28

Location: Bryn Mawr

On October 28th, you have a chance to join in the fun at Harriton’s annual Heirloom Apple Tasting & Baking Contest. You’ll get to taste special apples from the area and even try baked goods made with these apples. If you want, you can also buy apples, fresh cider, and baked treats. Yum!

5. Philly TASTE! Festival of Food, Wine & Spirits

Dates: October 20 – 21

Location: King of Prussia

At TASTE! PHILADELPHIA, you’ll see famous chefs cooking and learn about different kinds of food and drinks. There will be wine, beer, and spirits to taste from local places that make them. You can also try samples from the best restaurants and chefs in the area. There will be fun activities, too, like seminars where you can learn new things about food.

6. Oktoberfest at Locust Lane

Date: October 7

Location: Malvern

Let’s celebrate Oktoberfest at Locust Lane! On October 7th, starting at 1pm, you can enjoy German beer, special German food, games, and prizes. If you come dressed in traditional German clothes, you might even get a special gift!
